Premature Heart Failure


Premature Heart Failure due to present lifestyle:-

Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes, Over weight all these are primarily indicators of heart ailment. Slight increase in individual items may not be responsible for the problems and early treatment of this may prevent the happenings of this untimely heart attact. If all these are present at a time the human body will have little time to recover and will not be able to survive. In medical term this is called “Certain Cardiac Death.” The executives of ages nearing to forty sometimes suffer from “Massive Heart Attack.” Particularly the executives of IT sector and top executives of different establishments could not bear the stress and become the victim of this problem.
According to recent sample survey it is observed that 10% of the cardiac patients are of the ages below forty. The present life style is primarily responsible for this problem. Increasing blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar is quite normal in a human body according to increase of age. So these are not so dangerous. These ailments can be arrested by proper application of medicine under doctor’s advice and regulating diet chart. But in present competitive modern times tremendous increase in mental stress in working place, unhealthy and untimely food habits, change smoking and consumption of alcohol are serious threat to the cause of heart failure.
In certain developed countries “Heart Failure Clinics” are being operated successfully. In our country, the people of medical area are thinking to implement such measures.
According to a survey, in the young heart patients 84% are smokers, 42% are diabetic, 32% works in tremendous pressure in their responsible posts and 38% suffer from heredity. The young female patients suffer from these deadly attack because of continuous use of anti-pregnancy tablets, hypertension, diabetes and over weights. Even the college students become victims due to continuous smoking and alcohol addiction.
Prevention:-

1. Performing of Pranayam by Yoga is very effective for giving rest to heart.

2. Regulated family life with morning and evening walking along with giving up smoking and drinking of  alcohol.



3. To give up the habits of junk foods.  
4. To conduct various workshops to minimize stress in working atmosphere.  


5. Regular health check-up.  


6. To take compulsory leave and enjoy holidays by travel with family members.   


7. To realize the problems and its prevention- conducting of seminars to aware people of all ages.
